The team at The Hopper approached us with an initial brand concept and a high-level objective: disrupt the San Diego tourism industry by introducing a hop-on-hop-off sightseeing bus to the cities hospitality landscape. Over the course of six months, we worked with the client to launch the company and oversaw the development of The Hopper’s brand from a parking lot of empty buses, to four moving billboards across the cities most popular destinations.

Position The Hopper as a vibrant, customizable and technology-driven sight-seeing alternative by invoking a sense of youth and energy through the brands persona. We directed all messaging and content to appeal to a target demographic that was outside of the competitors typical consumer: a younger, higher-income traveler who valued comfort and style over ease and price.

Our work for Assault Fitness touches every department in the agency and is an ongoing collaborative process both internally and externally with the team at Assault. By aligning our individual expertise, we’re able to coordinate our efforts in active pursuit of the brands larger strategies and campaigns. Whether it’s launching a new product, executing a brand partnership, or designing a 30x30 foot booth structure, when Assault asks us to jump, we ask “how high?”
RPM’s mission as a brand is to create products that inspire movement and fuel enjoyment for the activities that their customers love - but it was just a little bit of this love that their paid strategy was lacking when they approached us. RPM came to OOPM seeking a new, digital media partner who could find creative solutions to their paid problems while remaining transparent, honest and direct. Our efforts for RPM ultimately led to a 57% increase in revenue from new users, a 35% increase in overall revenue, and a 240% increase in Return On Ad Spend on prospecting campaigns.
